  • Run laps around the floor for 1 minute
  • Long step into a lunge position and with good posture
  • Sit in straddle and lift both feet off the floor for 5 seconds (good posture)
  • Forward roll tucked
  • Bunny jumps side to side over a bench
  • Full press up
  • Sit in straddle, keep heels on the floor and lift bottom (5 seconds)
  • Backward roll tucked
  • Tuck jump (correct landing position)
  • Dish hold (5 seconds)
