  • Run freely for 45 seconds
  • Bent leg dish for 5 seconds
  • 1 foot balance on bench or box top
  • Arch hold for 5 seconds
  • Bunny jumps side to side
  • Straddle sit lift one leg and hold for 5 seconds on each leg
  • Straight Jump (correct landing position)
  • Rock backwards and forwards in tuck to stand
  • Front support lower to floor with good body shape
  • Walk forwards along a bench and full turn in the middle
