Gymnastics Classes
For boys and girls aged 4 and upwards
We invite all Little Stars as well as newcomers to our club aged 4+ (and at school) to join our after school Gymnastics classes.
Gymnastics classes at Goldstar are for every child of any age and ability. We teach complete beginners to advanced and competitive gymnastics and work on all pieces of equipment including uneven (assymetric) bars, beams, vault and table, floor, tumble track, foam pit, trampoline, parallel bars and pommel horse.
All gymnasts are taught our proficiency award scheme and have the opportunity to enter Club Competitions.
We operate maximum gymnast to coach ratios in all of our classes at a standard 8:1, up to 16:1 based on the level of qualification and experience of our coaches.
We use the Independent Gymnastics Affiliation (IGA) criteria.
