Little Stars pre-school gymnastics

We have been busy over the summer planning our new exciting preschool gymnastics sessions.

Led by specialist, qualified preschool gymnastics coaches, our Little Stars classes are specifically designed to cater for children from the confident, walking stage through to school age, offering many skills to enhance your child's development. Just some of the skills your child will develop include:

Co-ordination and fine motor skills

Physical movements such as balance, strength, body control and rhythm

Life skills such as independence, confidence and cooperation

Cognitive skills such as colour and number recognition and language development

Personal, social and emotional skills such as sharing, taking turns, listening to and following instructions and resilience.
