Trampolining

We provide fun and educational trampolining classes for children aged between 5 and 16, from complete beginner to advanced ability. 

 

All classes are grouped by age and are led by fully qualified Trampolining Coaches. We have a full sized competition trampoline, complete with end decks and safety matting. 

 

Our trampolining squad are able to work towards the Goldstar Core Proficiency Awards specifically in Trampolining. When successful trampolinists receive personalised certificates and medals numbered 1 to 13 (increasing difficulty levels)

 

We ensure our trampolinists take part in core conditioning exercises and are fully warmed up and cooled down before and after their 55 minute sessions. We train towards achieving the correct body shapes and body tension to enable trampolinists to perform moves such as jumps, body landings, somersaults (forwards and backwards and in different shapes), twisting and double somersaults. 

 

Our lead trampolining coach, Aimee, is still an active Senior Trampolinist in British Gymnastics competitions.

 

Trampolining Classes run on:

 

Wednesdays 4pm, 5pm and 6pm

Thursdays 4pm

Saturdays 1pm and 2pm
